Television/Telephone Services

Television Service

• Digital cable television service is availbale in all resident rooms, eliminating any need for a DTV converter box.
• Televisions should be provided by the resident, a family member, or friend.
• Upon admission, loaner televisions can be provided by Support Services for up to 48 hours.
• Due to the size constraints of resident rooms, a televison screen of no more than 15" is preferred. Flat panel televisions can be mounted on the walls.
• Please call Support Services at extension 1433 for assistance with television loaners and/or flat panel mounting.

Telephone Service

• Verizon telephone service is available in all resident rooms.
• The cost for installation and service is the responsibility of the resident.
  • The exception to this are for residents on House 08 (Short Term Rehab). Telephones are already available in these rooms and the cost is paid by Isabella.
• Please contact either Verizion directly, or the resident's Social Worker to have the telephone service activated.
